Siobhan joined the Emerald Isle Immigration in March 2002 and has been the Executive Director since February 2003. The agency has grown since her appointment; the most significant of which is the increase in the agency’s budget, programs, and services. Accordingly, the Center has been able to add two attorneys, several immigration counseling staff and a social worker to meet the needs of the clients served. Mental health counseling from qualified psychotherapists in the area of Depression and Alcohol and Drug Abuse, daily Meals on Wheels Program and ESL classes, are other center enhancements. The center sees clients from a broad spectrum of nationalities and has added to the ranks of Spanish speaking staff to support the clients who continue to seek EIIC’s help.
